Every visit here has resulted in some small improvement! Great-gentle nurse injections from Dr. Rachel. Careful treatments with heat and ice. Wonderful adjustments! The office employees are all very accommodating and nice. I look forward to my visits.

I went to Fidel Integrated with excruciating neck/shoulder pain. After an in-depth examination of my neck and spine, Dr. Fidel put together a regimen to ensure that not only wound the pain subside, but that I’d develop and create new habits to keep my neck and spine healthy and strong.
The entire crew at Fidel Integrated is utterly amazing. Walking in to the practice always feels like I’m walking into my best-friend’s home. They are all kind, caring, friendly, funny and just all-around fantastic.

I’ve been going to Fidel Integrated Medical Solutions for almost a year now. I chose them initially because I was in a lot of pain, but I did not want surgery as an option. The treatment plan l received was perfect for my neck and back and with each visit, there was a noticeable improvement. There are many different options, in conjunction with the adjustment, that strengthen your back and neck, and make your feel so much better without having to take medications. I can’t say enough good things about them! The doctors and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel like you’re a part of their family. I am so glad I found Dr. Adam and Dr. Ilene Fidel.

The staff are very professional and down to earth and are very focused to your needs. They all connect as a family should function. I would recommend any one and they do educate you about you about preventive ways to help you function at level you should be. I had a stem cell injection to my knee and canceled my scheduled knee replacement ! I live in NY and have a lot of family in Baltimore, my sister kept telling me to check this place out. So happy I did , I’m able to ski without pain. Drs. And staff are very professional and friendly . Highly recommend.
